 The purpose of this patch is to update the Mental Health  Assistant (MHA)
 application to hide the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) 
 and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) - Version 2
 (C-SSRS_V2) for sites. This will be done in the MHA database (DB) 
 configuration and will not require any VistA installation. MHA
 controls the database properties.
    
 MHA will install and maintain all Graphical User Interface (GUI) updates.
