 Cloud based database by changing the "active" field value to zero. This
 was done at the request of the Veteran's Administration (VA) mental health
 business:
  
 "We have been unable to reach agreement with Mapi Research Trust on the 
 terms of a user agreement for the Calgary Depression Scale for 
 Schizophrenia (CDSS). As a result, Mapi has requested that VA discontinue 
 use of the CDSS promptly in order to avoid copyright infringement. 
  
 Please remove user access to the CDSS within MHA as soon as possible."
