MH SCORING KEY # 9587, TARGET VALUE: "Very Severe" Resolution: ----------- Post-init routine YSZ131 will correct "Very Severe" to "Very severe" in the affected records. =================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ===================== Pre-Installation Instructions: ------------------------------ This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize potential disruption to users. This patch should take less than 2 minutes to install. Installation Instructions: -------------------------- 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch. 2. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. 3. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select the Installation menu. 4. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter YS*5.01*131) a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is installed. It compares all components of the patch (routines, DDs, templates, etc.). c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. 5. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package YS*5.01*131. 6. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//", respond NO. 7. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//", respond NO. 8. If prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes): (0 - 60): 0//' respond 0. Post-Installation Instructions: ------------------------------- Routine YSZ131 will be run in the post install process. It will display a message to the user giving the status and success of the updates. It will also send a MailMan message to the user with the same information. The MailMan message will tell the user if the patch made any changes to the data on file. If the records in the MH SCORING KEY file (#601.91) have already corrected then the patch will made no additional changes. When the patch has been successfully installed, the sites may delete the YSZ131 routine. Instructions to delete routine YSZ131 ------------------------------------- 1. Select the Programmer Options from the Systems Manager Menu. 2. Select the Routine Management Menu from the Programmer Options. 3. Select the Delete Routines from the Routine Management Menu. 4. At the "All Routines?" prompt enter N for No. If it defaults to No press the enter key. 5. At the "Routine:" prompt type in the name of the routine to be deleted. In this case type in YSZ131. NOTE: NAME MUST BE EXACT. 6. At the "#routines to DELETE, OK:" prompt (# will be number of routines to delete. In this case it will read 1.) Type in Y for Yes. 7. The user message of "Done" will be displayed to the user and it will return to the Routine Management Menu.
