HOU-0703-70203 Inconsistent Data Entry Problem: -------- At the screen titled, "Orientation & Mobility Completion Screen", the default choice is "Go forward to the electronic signature page to save the review on to VistA". Clicking on the "Next" button takes the application back to the beginning of the section instead of the electronic signature page. Resolution: ----------- The code for the click event for the Next button on this screen was found to be wrong. The code has been changed and the Next button will now operate on this screen as it does for similar screens from the other sections of the review. Installation should take less than 1 minute. 1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. 2. Users ARE allowed to be on the system during the installation, but you should select a time when minimal number of users are on. 3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS) Menu, select the Installation menu. 4. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter ANRV*4.0*6): a. Backup a Transport Global. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System. c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global 5. You DO NOT need to stop TaskMan or the background filers. 6. Use the Install Packages option (when prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter ANRV*4.0*6). 7. When prompted "Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install? Yes//", respond "NO". 8. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the INSTALL? YES//', respond "NO". 9. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? YES//', respond "NO". 10. If prompted 'Delay Install (Minutes): (0-60): 0//; respond "0". 11. Following successful installation, the post-install routine ANRV4P6 may be deleted. Client Side: ------------ 1. Make sure that there are no users running the VIST Patient Review executable (ANRV.exe). 2. Retrieve and open the file ANRV_4_0_6.ZIP. 3. Extract the ANRV.exe file to the folder where the existing VIST Patient Review executable is installed. Overwrite the existing ANRV.exe file. 4. Following successful extraction of the executable, the ANRV_4_0_6.ZIP file may be deleted. Note: The server side of this patch updates VistA with the version number of the VIST Patient Review executable and must be installed for the new executable to run properly.
