 REMEDY OVERVIEW:
 ===============
  
 1) HD 151633  String dates in file #45
  
 Problem:
 ========
 Certain dates in the clinical reminders ^PXRMINDX index
 contain trailing zeros.  These are the surgery or procedure
 dates going back some years and stored in the 45.01 or  
 45.05 sub-file of the Patient Treatment File (#45). The source
 of this problem is unknown but it is not a continuing issue. 
  
 Solution:
 =========
 Routine DG737PST will find these entries and correct the 
 dates thru Fileman.  This in turn will correct the ^PXRMINDX
 index entries.  See Post-Install Instructions on how to 
 accomplish this.
  
 2) HD 169522  DG*5.3*689  OEF/OIF
  
 Problem:
 ========
 In the DG Load/Edit Patient Data option, Screen #6, if the patient
 has been subjected to Agent Orange contamination, but the 
 AGENT ORANGE REGISTRATION # (field #.3211) is blank, the 
 "Incomplete" message is displayed.  
  
 Solution:
 =========
 Routine DGRP6EF has been modified not to check on the registration
 number because it has no impact on whether the status is complete or not.
  
 3) HD 170960  Auditing Turned Off for ICN field (991.01)
  
 Problem:
 ========
 Patch DG*5.3*650 inadvertently turned off audit for ICN field (#991.01).
  
  
 Solution:
 =========
 Pre-init routine DG737PRE will turn it back on.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ==========================
 This patch may be installed with users on the system. 
 Installation should take less than 2 minutes. Please also see the 
 Post-Installation Instructions below.  
  
 1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu to unload
     the KIDS distribution included with this message.
     NOTE:  If the required patches are not installed, the transport global
            will be removed.  If the transport global is removed you will
            need to repeat this step.
  
 2.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
     the Installation menu.
  
 3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
     (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter DG*5.3*737):
     a.  Compare Transport Global to Current System  - this option will
         allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch
         is installed.  It compares all components of the patch (routines,
         DDs, templates, etc.).
     b.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will
         allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in
         the transport global.
     c.  Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the
         components of the KIDS build.
     d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
         message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
         backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
  
 4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package DG*5.3*737.
  
 5.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of 
     Install? YES//' respond NO.
  
 6.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
     YES//', respond NO.
  
 7.  When prompted,'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and 
     Protocols? NO//', respond NO.
  
     When prompted,'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of Order':', 
     press enter.
  
  
 POST-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ===============================
 1. Anytime after the install completes, please execute CHECK^DG737PST. 
    It is important that this task be scheduled during off hours because,
    while the routine is running, any reminders that might use
    entries in the ^PXRMINDX that are being corrected by the
    routine, may not be properly evaluated.
  
    CHECK^DG737PST will display the following prompts:
  
    Queue the Clinical Reminders Index date check and update.
   
    Enter the date and time you want the job to start.
    It must be after <NOW>
    Start the task at: <Please enter a date/time DURING OFF HOURS>
    Task number xxxxxx queued.
  
 2. After routine DG737PST has run to completion, it should be retained
    for possible future use.
