 This patch will display the Test Income and Test Status at the bottom of
 screen 4 for Means Test Inquiry for Tests of sources other than IVM.  
 For IVM it will display Source of Test is IVM instead.

 Problem:

 The message that displays at the bottom of Screen 4, (PREVIOUS CALENDAR
 YEAR NET WORTH, SCREEN <4>), was previously supressed because it was
 reflecting the wrong status and Income for IVM converted cases, but not 
 for Non-IVM cases..
  
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 This patch will alter what is displayed the bottom of SCREEN <4>.  Display
 Income and status for all Income Tests except IVM Converted tests and only
 the message "Source of Test is IVM" for IVM converted tests.
  
  
        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =================
  
     This patch can be installed with users on the system. Installation
     will take less than 2 minutes.
  
  
     Install Time - less than 2 minutes.
  
  
   1.   LOAD TRANSPORT GLOBAL
        ---------------------
        Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
        INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
  
   2.   DISABLE ROUTINE MAPPING   (DSM for Open VMS sites only)
        -----------------------
        Disable routine mapping on all systems for the routines listed in
        step 3 below.
  
        NOTE:  If the routines included in this patch are not currently in
               your mapped routine set, please skip this step.
