Description:
============

 This patch addresses five problems in PTF.
  
 During site testing it was determined that if you inquire a PTF record 
 the 801 data entered will not be available for display in the INQUIRE PTF 
 RECORD function. This problem has been corrected.  This problem was
 documented in NOIS V15-0804-N1419.
  
 Corrected procedure display on the MAS screen for older procedures entered
 in the 401P nodes.
  
 The 701 input template gets an error in the diagnosis crossreference
 code when refering to a global if the site has added a crossreference.
 The global reference has been changed to correct the problem.  This problem
 was documented in NOIS SBY-0404-30003, SBY-0404-30004, SFC-0404-60494,
 DET-0404-41036 and ELP-0404-72060.
  
 The DGAPI routine was fixed to ignore census records.  This problem was 
 documented in NOISs POR-0504-50054, HWH-0404-40822 and SPO-0404-51497.
  
 The description for PRIMARY DIAGNOSIS (#80) in the PTF file (#45) was changed
 to PRIMARY DIAGNOSIS pre 1986 so it does not conflict with field 79.
 This problem was documented in NOISs BIL-0504-30799, CHA-0504-30842,
 HOU-0504-71602 and HUN-0504-20790.
  
 Data dictionary updates to PTF File (#45) for Primary Diagnosis and Secondary
 Diagnoses 1-9 to provide full scale references in the crossreference
 set and kill logic:

 ====================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS =======================
 Installation will take less than 2 minutes.  It is best to install
  during non-peak hours because of the options that will be affected.  
  
 Note:  Patch DG*5.3*590 is a REQUIRED build for this KID distribution.
        KIDS will not allow the installation of this patch without the prior
        installation of it.
  
  
  
  1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu to unload
      the KIDS distribution included with this message.
   
  2.  Review your mapped set. If the routine listed in the ROUTINE
      SUMMARY section is mapped, it should be removed from the mapped 
      set at this time.
   
  3.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
      the Installation menu.
   
  4.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
      (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter DG*5.3*594):
   
      a.  Compare Transport Global to Current System  - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch
          is installed.  It compares all components of the patch (routines,
          DDs, templates, etc.).
      b.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will
          allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in
      c.  Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the
          components of the KIDS build.
    
  5.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package DG*5.3*594.
   
  6.  When prompted ' Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
      YES//', respond NO.
   
  7.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
      Protocols? YES//', respond YES.  When prompted to select the
      options you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
  
         LOAD/EDIT PTF DATA  [DG PTF SCREEN]
         INQUIRE PTF RECORD  [DG PTF COMPREHENSIVE INQUIRY]
         QUICK LOAD/EDIT PTF DATA  [DG PTF QUICK LOAD]
   
  8.  If the routine was unmapped as part of step 2, it should be returned
      to the mapped set once the installation has run to completion.
