This patch addresses template content redesign and defect corrections to the C&P examination templates accessible through CAPRI CPWM. The following defects have been addressed in this patch for Feet, Spine, Skin, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Peripheral Nerves, Respiratory Disease Misc, Genitourinary, and Rectum. FEET ===== The three "Right" Forefoot alignment questions on the report are reflecting the responses entered for "Left" Forefoot alignment. To recreate: PE Tab Click on Left Foot Is this examination for flatfoot?=YES Answer the three forefoot alignment questions with Yes, No, No (Close all windows related to left foot) Click on Right foot Is this examination for flatfoot?=YES Answer the three forefoot alignment questions with Yes, Yes, Yes Preview of the report showed the "Left" forefoot alignment responses for both "Left" and "Right". SPINE ======= Spine - If only 1 side of "Pain (pinprick)" lower extremities has a value, report shows opposite side with no value To recreate: PE tab Click on Neuro Exam Button Click on Sensory button Scroll down to lower extremities Left Pain (pinprick) = 0 Right Pain (pinprick) - DO NOT ENTER any value Report was displaying the following: LOWER EXTREMITIES ----------------- PAIN (PINPRICK): RIGHT: / 2 <=== S/B LEFT: 0/2 SPINE ===== Side will now be required in order to submit in the ROM screen. SKIN ======= Extent of scalp affected message keeps popping up when click done even though it has been completed. To recreate: History tab choose "Scarring Alopecia" only PE tab "Extent of scalp affected" choose a % Complete all other areas on the History, PE, Tests, and DX tabs in order to click done. The "Extent of scalp affected" message would keep popping up. DIABETES MELLITUS ================= Data entered in the "Other Diagnosis" area of the Diagnosis tab disappears after a few seconds. To recreate: Diagnosis tab Does the veteran have diabetes? NO If NO is selected, then clinician should make a notation in the OTHER DIAGNOSIS section. About 7-8 seconds after entering information into the OTHER DIAGNOSIS free text section, it gets erased. DIABETES MELLITUS ================= Create own object for the Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosis screen so, when merged with another template, it will no longer interfere with the "submit" functionality in the other template's Diagnosis screen. DIABETES MELLITUS ================= When Diabetes Mellitus template is merged with GU template cannot complete the DP and PT pulses of the lower extremity on the GU template. RECTUM ====== When merged with another template the "You have not pressed submit " message keeps popping up if data in the document problems window has not been cleared. PERIPHERAL NERVES ================= Employment section has been added to the template under the Diagnosis tab and report. HYPERTENSION ============ Diagnosis data entered disappears when Hypertension is merged with another template with "submit" functionality in the Diagnosis section. New object created for the Diagnosis section so this will no longer occur. HYPERTENSION ============ Questions were not enabled in Document Problems window The following will now be enabled when appropriate: Side effects from current treatment: Describe current treatments including dosages Choose current medications Other medications Side effects of treatment Describe other side effects from current treatment RESPIRATORY DISEASE, MISC ========================= No change to template. Created unique object for the Document Problems for coding purposes. GENITOURINARY EXAMINATION ========================= When merged with General Medical Examination the Left DP and PT Pulses on the Genitourinary Examination would disappear once the Left DP and PT Pulses were submitted on the General Medical Examination. This will no longer occur. GENITOURINARY EXAMINATION ========================= When merged with Diabetes Mellitus (History tab) the text entered in the "Specify" areas and "Describe Other" areas of Erectile Dysfunction would disappear.
