  Functional:
  ----------
  This patch updates one worksheet "LIVER, GALL BLADDER, AND PANCREAS" in the
  VistA Automated Information Exchange (AMIE) EXAM file (396.6).
   
  This worksheet provides general guidance to physicians at VA medical
  centers when performing the related C&P exam.
  
  Existing entry in AMIE EXAM file for the exam "LIVER, GALL BLADDER, AND 
  PANCREAS" will be inactivated and then file AMIE EXAM (396.6) will be updated
  with a new entry for the exam.
   
  Additionally a Reporting Driver  will be modified to show headings being 
  centered automatically, based on a selected printing mode - for example 80
  or 132 characters per line.
  
  Technical:
  ----------
  The currently active AMIE EXAM was identified with its corresponding REPORTING
  PROGRAMS. The same worksheet number # 0305 will be used. The current (old)
  programs were used as the base for the new ones.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
  ==========================
  This patch can be loaded with users in the system.  Installation
  will take less than 5 minutes.
    
  1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan
       menu to unload the KIDS distribution included with this message
  
  2.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select 
      the Installation menu.  
  
  3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
      (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter DVBA*2.7*36):
 
      a.  Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with the patch.  It will NOT
          backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. 
      b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System  - this option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch
          is installed.  It compares all components of the patch (routines,
          DDs, templates, etc.).
      c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will
          allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in
          the transport global.
      d.  Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the
          components of the KIDS build. 
      
  4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package DVBA*2.7*36.
  
  5.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?',
      respond NO.
  
  6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options
     and Protocols? YES//', respond YES. When Prompted to select
     the options you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
  
    Regional Office C&P Menu        [DVBA C REGIONAL OFFICE MENU]
    Medical Administration C&P Menu [DVBA C MEDICAL ADMIN C&P MENU]
  
  7. After the patch has been successfully installed, delete the post-
    installation routine, DVBA36PI.
