  Functional:

  This patch updates two AMIE worksheets in the AMIE EXAM file  
  (#396.6). These worksheets provide general guidance to physicians at 
  VA medical centers when performing C&P exams. The implemented changes
  were requested and reviewed by Dr. Caroll McBrine from C&P Regulation
  Office, VACO.
  
  Technical:
  ----------
  Existing exams will be inactivated and new exams added to the AMIE  
  EXAM (#396.6) file.  New Reporting Program routines were created using 
  the current routines as a base for the new routines. The new routines
  were modified with the requested updates:
   
  - SCARS - WS #1605
     Old Programs: DVBCWSW calling DVBCWSW1
     New Programs: DVBCWSW2 calling DVBCWSW3
  
  - SKIN DISEASES (Other Than Scars) - WS #1610
     Old Programs:  DVBCWSD calling DVBCWSD1
     New Programs:  DVBCWSD2 calling DVBCWSD3

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 This patch can be loaded with users in the system.  Installation
 will take less than 5 minutes.
  
   1.   Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
        INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
  
   2.   Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu 
        [XPD MAIN]: 
    
             Edits and Distribution ...  
             Utilities ...  
             Installation ...  
    
        Select Kernel Installation & Distribution System Option: INStallation
                                                                 ---
             Load a Distribution 
             Print Transport Global 
             Compare Transport Global to Current System 
             Verify Checksums in Transport Global 
             Install Package(s) 
             Restart Install of Package(s) 
             Unload a Distribution 
             Backup a Transport Global 
    
        Select Installation Option: 
    
   3.   From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
        (When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter DVBA*2.7*49):
       
        a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
            message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
            backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
        b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
            allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
            is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
            (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
        c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
            you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
            transport global.
      
   4.   Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
        DVBA*2.7*49.
    
        a.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
            YES//', answer NO (unless otherwise indicated).
        b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
            and Protocols? YES//', answer YES.
        c.  When prompted 'Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of
            Order':', enter the following options:
   
            Regional Office C&P Menu        [DVBA C REGIONAL OFFICE MENU]
            Medical Administration C&P Menu [DVBA C MEDICAL ADMIN C&P MENU]
  
        d.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of 
            Order':', press <return>.
  
   5.   If all worksheets were not successfully updated, please contact
        PIMS National VistA support Team for assistance at 1-888-596-4357.
  
   6.   After the patch has been successfully installed, the post-
        installation routine, DVBA49PI, may be deleted.
