A number of new cross-references have been added to these files so that any changes in the content of the entries will cause those changes to be sent to the HDR. **NOTE: For this to be active, the routine VDEFQM must be on the system. If the VDEFQM routine is not present, the modified routines simply by-pass the call and do not send any data to the HDR.
