Subject: Issues Regarding Disassociate Results

Description: 
============

 This patch corrects issues related to the disassociation of clinical results 
 from a Consult.
 
 1) The disassociation of an unsigned clinical results document (a TIU 
 Document) was sending the "Disassoc Result" alert message.  This alert is 
 undesired because the unsigned document did not alert users to its presence 
 when written.
 
 2) The status of a Consult was incorrectly being changed to ACTIVE in the 
 following scenario:
        a. The Consult is Administratively Completed
        b. Then a clinical results document is created but left unsigned
        c. Finally, the clinical results document is deleted (disassociated)
 At this point the status should be left COMPLETED instead of being changed 
 back to ACTIVE
 
 3) The status of a Consult was incorrectly being changed to ACTIVE in the 
 following scenario:
        a. The Consult has the Scheduled action performed
        b. Then a clinical results document is created but left unsigned
        c. Finally, the clinical results document is deleted (disassociated)
 At this point the status should be changed back to SCHEDULED instead of 
 ACTIVE.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 ==========================
 This patch may be installed with users on the system, but should be done 
 at off-peak hours.  Installation should take less than one minute. 
  
   1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
   2.  Review your mapped set.  If any of the routines listed in the
       ROUTINE SUMMARY section are mapped, they should be removed
       from the mapped set at this time.
   3.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
       the Installation menu.
   4.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter GMRC*3.0*34):
          a.  Backup a Transport Global
          b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System
          c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global
   5.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
        GMRC*3.0*34.
   6.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
       YES//' respond NO.
   7.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
       Protocols? YES//', respond NO.
   8.  If routines were unmapped as part of step 2, they should be 
       returned to the mapped set once the installation has run to
       completion.
