Problem: -------- In the Ad Hoc health summary, the OE (Outpatient Encounter) component currently pulls only the ICD 9 numeric modifiers with the CPT Procedure Codes. Resolution: ----------- The Routine GMTSPXOP has been modified to allow the ICD 9 alpha modifiers to print on the AD HOC report, as well as the numeric modifiers. 2. HD0000000116750 - The duplicate printing of the comments on the Health Summary Reports. Problem: -------- In the Ad Hoc Health Summary Report, the OE (Outpatient Encounter) component currently prints 2 comments in the report fields when entered. Resolution: ----------- The Routine GMTSPXOP has been modified to stop the printing of duplicate comments In Health Summary Reports.
