The subscript error occurs when the user runs the option Enter/Edit Billing Information [IB EDIT BILLING INFO], or the option Copy and Cancel [IB COPY AND CANCEL] for the IB BILL/CLAIMS PRESCRIPTION REFILL file (#362.4) record that has null in the (#.05) RECORD field. Resolution: ----------- This patch is addressing the problem, which is caused by missing value in the (#.05) RECORD field of the file IB BILL/CLAIMS PRESCRIPTION REFILL (#362.4) The IBCSC5C routine has been modified to handle the situation when the ien of the PRESCRIPTION (#52) file is null. In addition, the routine IBCCC3 was modified to prevent the same problem, and also to provide the data from the alternative source if the pointer to the PRESCRIPTION (#52) file is missing.
