Description:

 This patch fixes problems associated with the questions asked during
 the Maintenance Utility for Active/Inactive Codes [IBDF UTIL
 MAINTENANCE UTILITY] option. The primary purpose of this option
 is to allow users to validate the items that are printed on an encounter
 form and are not inactivated.  The following changes have been made:
  
     When the user attempts to select the type of data to be validated,
     they will be presented with a list of only those items that have
     validating logic.  Previously, the list was longer and contained items
     that could not be validated.
  
     The user will only be allowed to search for Active CPT and ICD
     related data, including the "Type of Visit", a subset of valid CPT
     codes.  This change will prevent an <UNDEF>error from occuring
     when attempting to search for other types of active items, such as
     Clinical Lexicon entries.
    
  This patch resolves NOIS LON-0398-61712.
    
   If installed during the normal work day it is recommended that the
   following menu options (File #19) and all of their descendants be
   disabled to prevent possible conflicts while running the KIDS Install.
   Other DHCP users will not be affected.

   1.  LOAD TRANSPORT GLOBAL 
       ---------------------
       Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
              
   2.  DISABLE ROUTINE MAPPING   (DSM for Open VMS sites only) 
       -----------------------
       Disable routine mapping on all systems for the routines listed in 
       step 3 below.  
       NOTE:  If the routines included in this patch are not currently in 
       your mapped routine set, please skip this step.
   
   3.  ROUTINES SENT WITH PATCH 
       ------------------------

       b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
           allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
           is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
           (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
       c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
           you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
           transport global.
      
   6.  Select Installation Option: Install Package(s) 
                                   ----------------
       **This is the step to start the installation of this KIDS patch: 
    
       a.  Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch install.
       b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu 
           Options, and Protocols? YES//' answer YES.
       c.  When prompted 'Enter options you wish to mark as 'Out Of
           Order':'  Enter the following option:
   
           IBDF UTIL MAINTENANCE UTILITY    Maintenance Utility for
                                            Active/Inactive Codes
  
       d.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of Order'
           press <return>.
  
   7.  REBUILD MAPPED ROUTINES(S)  (DSM for Open VMS sites only)
       --------------------------------------------
       Optional - Include the routines distributed with this patch in the
       mapped routine set.
  
       NOTE: This step is only necessary if you performed step 2 or if you
