  This patch is an informational patch announcing the release of 
  additional CPT/HCPCS Coding changes for FY 2007 1st quarter, 
  with the majority of the changes having an effective date of 
  October 1, 2006, and some changes (advance notification) having
  an effective date of Jan 1, 2007. This patch contains no routines,
  data, or data dictionaries.  The data for this patch is exported
  with the corresponding Lexicon data in patch LEX*2.0*45.  Patch 
  LEX*2.0*45 requires that patches LEX*2.0*42 and LEX*2.0*43 be
  installed first.
