Description:

 This patch addresses problems discovered during ITC2 (Integrated Test
 Cycle, phase 2) testing of the CoreFLS Library package. Installation will
 remove the option [LBRY ASSIGN COPY] 'no title' from the 'Library 
 Management' [LBRY MANAGER] menu.  It will also correct the prompts
 displayed in the 'Missing Issues List' [LBRY MISSING ISSUE] report. This
 patch will remove one Library option and correct one sort template. No
 routines are sent along with this patch.
  
 Two problems were found during ITC2 testing in the developmental Bay
 Pines test account:
  
 Problem 1: The 'Library Management' [LBRY MANAGER] menu contained a
 faulty menu item.  Users without the LBRY LOCAL VENDOR key would get 
 kicked out of the 'Library Management' [LBRY MANAGER] menu when typing an
 'A' at the Select Option prompt.  Users holding the LBRY LOCAL VENDOR key
 would be prompted for selection of 2 options, one being blank, and the
 other being 'Add a local vendor (COREFLS)' [LBRY LOCAL VENDOR ADD].
  
 Resolution: The menu option [LBRY ASSIGN COPY] will be deleted and removed
 from the Library Management [LBRY MANAGER] menu.
  
 Problem 2: The prompts displayed when running the 'Missing Issues List'
 [LBRY MISSING ISSUE] option while in CoreFLS were incorrect.
  
 Resolution: The prompts will now mirror what was previously displayed
 during vendor lookup.

 This patch can be loaded with users on the system, but should be done 
 after hours due to running the 'Build Menu Trees' option during the 
 installation.  This patch will remove an option and install a sort
 template. No routines are sent along with this patch.

      Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
      INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
  
 2.   START UP KIDS

      NOTE:  The following are OPTIONAL - (When prompted for the INSTALL
             NAME, enter LBR*2.5*10):
       
      a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
          backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
      b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
          is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
          (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
      c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
          you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
          transport global.
      
 4.  Select Installation Option: Install Package(s)
                                 ------------------
     a. Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch install.
  
     b. When prompted "Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of 
        Install? YES//", answer 'YES'.
  
     c. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
        YES//", answer 'NO'.
  
     d. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
        Protocols? YES//", answer 'NO'.
