 The following Nursing package options make use of the Vitals/Measurements
 package roll and scroll interface. This patch along with GMRV*5.0*19 is
 the first step towards shutting down the Vitals/Measurements package roll
 and scroll interface.

 The Vitals User and Vitals Lite Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) are not 
 affected by this patch. Patient vitals data can still be entered through 
 these GUIs.
  
 The Nursing KIDS Build and documentation files (i.e., NUR*4.0*40.KID, 
 NURS4_TM.PDF, NURS4_UM.PDF, NURS_4_P40_UM.PDF and NURS_4_P40_TM.PDF) for
 this patch are in the VITL5_P19.ZIP file. Please see the GMRV*5.0*19 patch
 description for more information about this ZIP file.
