Description: 
============

 Patch OR*3*138, which fixed a number of POE related problems, contained
 a post-init to clean up the database.  A few sites have reported
 a problem with the post-init crashing before completing the clean up.
  
 This patch contains a modified version of the post-init that will fix
 the relatively rare problem that is causing the post-init from patch
 OR*3*138 to crash.  The cause of this problem will be fixed in another
 patch as it is not causing any problems with the database on a day
 to day basis.
  
 The new clean up routine, ORY145, will be the only routine included
 in this patch.  As most sites will have installed patch OR*3*138
 without a problem, most sites WILL NOT have to do anything once this
 patch is installed.  However, if your site experienced problems with
 the post-init in patch OR*3*138 you will have to manually run routine
 ORY145 to clean up your database.
  
 NOTE: Do the following ONLY if your site experienced problems with the 
 post-init in patch OR*3*138.
  
 From programmer's mode run ORY145.  Select the time for the job to run in 
 the background.  An example follows.
  
 DEV,CUR>D ^ORY145
  
  
 Database clean up routine ORY145.  This routine will
 run in the background and will fix any known database errors.
 It will then send a mail message to the initiator indicating what was 
 changed.

 INSTALLATIONS INSTRUCTIONS:
 ===========================
 This patch should be loaded during non-peak hours to minimize disruption
 to users who can remain on the system during installation. Installation
 will take approximately 1 minute.  Systems with heavy user loads
 or performance problems may take longer.
  
 NOTE: This patch contains only one routine, ORY145.  This routine will 
 need to be run manually from programmer's mode ONLY if your site 
 experienced a problem with the post-init for patch OR*3*138.  If your site
 DID NOT experience any problems with patch OR*3*138 then no action is 
 required after installation of this patch.
  
 1.  Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
  
 2.  From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS)
     Menu, select the Installation menu.
  
 3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
     (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter OR*3.0*145):
          a.  Backup a Transport Global
          b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System
          c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global
  
 4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select patch OR*3.0*138.
     
 5.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONS during install? YES//', 
     respond "NO".
  
 6.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
     Protocols? YES//', respond NO.
  
 7.  From programmer's mode, type D ^ORY145 and select the time you would 
     like the job to run in the background. DO THIS ONLY IF YOUR SITE HAD 
     PROBLEMS WITH THE POST INIT IN PATCH OR*3*138.
  
 8.  Routine ORY145 may be deleted after successful completion of the back
     ground job.
