BHS-0103-11263 Detailed Report of Unpaid Purchase Card Report Problem: -------- The Detailed Report of Unpaid PC Transactions by FCP [PRCH P/C REP2] displays Purchase Card orders with a status of "Orders not completely prepared". This status should not appear on the report. Users have stated that the report should allow them to choose a date range allowing them to view Purchase Card orders for a specified period. Resolution: ----------- Modify the Detailed Report of Unpaid PC Transactions by FCP [PRCH P/C REP2] making it more meaningful to the user. Here are the modifications made to this report. 1. Users may now input a date range displaying Purchase Card orders for a specified time period. Example of new screen: --------------------- Detailed Report of Unpaid PC Transactions by FCP P.O. Purchase Card orders with the following status will NOT appear on this report: "Order not completely prepared".
