 There are three issues being resolved:
 1. The top portion of the Action display for PXCE Encounter is
    scrolling off the screen and either dropping one or two action 
    lines.
  
 2. The top portion of the Action display for Appointment Mgt Module is
    scrolling off the screen and either dropping one or two action
    lines.
  
 3. The TI - Display Team Information action description in the PXE 
    Encounter menu was too long and was printing continously to another
    action description, HS Health Summary.

 Action display for PXCE Encounter Update and Appointment Mgt Module not 
 displaying alll action items for PXCE Encounter update and Appt Mgt 
 module.  Also, the 'TI' action description was too long for allowable 
 description space allotment.
   
 Resolution:
 ----------
  
 This patch modifies the bottom margin for action functions to allow all 
 of the action keys/descriptors to display without scrolling action lines 
 off the screen.  Also, the TI - Display Team Information action on PXCE 
 Encounter update is changed to TI - Display Team Info.

 The bottom margin had to be set to allow for a maximum of seven (7)
 action lines as a national guideline.  For those sites with less
 than seven (7) lines of actions you will need to modify the BOTTOM
 MARGIN accordingly:
  
 To correct the bottom margin to eliminate your "extra" line(s) after 
 the SELECT ACTION line and prevent actions scrolling off action area:
     
  
       Using FileMan edit using the following script:

  1.  Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
      INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
  
  2.  Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu
      [XPD MAIN]:

           Installation ...  
  
      Select Kernel Installation & Distribution System Option: Installation
                                                               ---
           1      Load a Distribution
           2      Verify Checksums in Transport Global
           3      Print Transport Global
           4      Compare Transport Global to Current System
           5      Backup a Transport Global
           6      Install Package(s)
                  Restart Install of Package(s)
                  Unload a Distribution
  
  3.  From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
      (When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter PX*1*139):
      
      a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with this patch. It will
          not backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
      b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option
          will allow you to view all changes that will be made when
          this patch is installed.  It compares all components of this
          patch (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
  
  4.  Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package
      PX*1*139.
  
       a.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the
           install? YES//', answer NO.
  
       b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu
           Options, and Protocols? YES//' answer NO.
