They are placed into the REMINDER EXCHANGE file (#811.8). VA-ANTIPSYCHOTIC MED SIDE EFF EVAL VA-DEPRESSION SCREENING VA-POS DEPRESSION SCREEN FOLLOWUP The Mental Health clinical reminders in this patch have been developed by the Mental Health Clinical Reminders Project and the Office of Information (OI) System Design & Development (SDD) Health Data systems group. The reminders contain provider interventions for Mental Health management of patients with possible mental health problems. This patch will also install two Reminder Result Elements into file 801.41 and one routine: PXRM AUDC RESULT ELEMENT 1 PXRM AUDC RESULT ELEMENT 2 PXRMDLR (routine) These elements will replace the current PXRM AUDC RESULT ELEMENT 1 and PXRM AUDC RESULT ELEMENT 2. The new elements contain the condition statement that will evaluate the AUDC score returned from the Mental Health package against a patient's sex. Installation will take approximately 3 minutes. 1. Use the 'Load a Distribution' option on the KIDS installation menu. When prompted to enter a host file, type in PXRM_1_5_15.KID. 2. Review your mapped set. If any of the routines are mapped, they should be removed from the mapped set at this time. 3. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following options as desired: Print Transport Global Compare Transport Global to Current System Verify checksums in Transport Global Backup a Transport Global 4. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following options to install the patch: Install Packages(s) (PXRM*1.5*15) 5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGON's during the install? YES//", respond "NO". 6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? //YES," respond "NO". 7. When prompted "Delay Install (Minutes): (0-60) 0//" respond "0" 8. If any routines were unmapped as part of step 2, they should be returned to the mapped set once the installation has run to completion. 9.
