 Description:
 ===========
 This patch fixes the error with the DOM80 Mental Health test in a Reminder 
 Dialog described in NOIS call CIN-0503-40167. Currently, when running a DOM80 
 Mental Health Test from a Reminder Dialog in CPRS, the variable DFN does not 
 get set for the DOM80 test, which causes an undefined variable error. This 
 patch changes the code in PXRMDLR to set the DFN for all Mental Health 
 tests and if the DFN is null, to quit out of the code. 
 
 This patch is also re-releasing the national VA-DEPRESSION SCREENING 
 reminder. The changes to this Reminder include a new ICD9 in the 
 VA-Depression Screening taxonomy and changes the Reminder's Due in Advance 
 Timeframe to one month. PXRMP19I will run as a post-install routine to 
 unpack the National reminder. This routine will be deleted when the install 
 is completed.

 Install Instructions:

 This patch should be loaded during non-peak hours to minimize disruption 
 to users, who can remain on the system during installation.  Installation 
 will take less then 2 minutes.
  
 1. Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu.
  
 2. Review your mapped set. If any of the routines are mapped, they should
    be removed from the mapped set at this time.
  
 3. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following
    options as desired:
       Print Transport Global
       Compare Transport Global to Current System
       Verify checksums in Transport Global
       Backup a Transport Global
  
 4. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following 
    options to install the patch:
       Install Packages(s)  (PXRM*1.5*19)
  
 5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGON's during the install? YES//",
    respond "NO".
  
 6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, 
    and Protocols? YES//," respond 'YES'. When prompted to select the
    options you would like to place out of order, enter the following:
  
    GMTS*
    PXRM*
    IBDF PRINT*
    OR CPRS GUI CHART
    ORS HEALTH SUMMARY
  
    When prompted to select the protocols you would like to place out of
    order, enter the following:
  
    ORS AD HOC HEALTH SUMMARY
    ORS HEALTH SUMMARY
    PXRM PATIENT DATA CHANGE
  
 7. When prompted "Delay Install (Minutes): (0-60) 0//" respond "0"
  
 8. If any routines were unmapped as part of step 2, they should be
    returned to the mapped set once the installation has run to completion.
