The transmission can be limited to part of a month. The option name is Manual Rollup [QAC ROLLUP (MANUAL)] It is located on the Patient Representative Manager Menu [QAC MAIN]. This option can be used to send records to the national database in Austin if those records were not received by Austin during the automatically tasked rollup. The option should not be queued to run during regular business hours. There are no E3R or NOIS messages associated with this patch. This patch may be installed with users on the system. Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch install. b. When prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install', respond NO as long as the menu trees are re-built regularly. There is one new option and two additions to menus, but re-building the menu trees adds considerably to the time of the installation. c. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? YES//' answer NO. d. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? YES//' answer NO. 8. ENABLE MAPPING -------------- If any routines were unmapped as a part of step 2, they should be returned to the mapped set once the installation has run to completion.
