Description:

 This patch makes a Data Dictionary change and adds to an Input template.
 These changes work together with Incident Reporting patch QAN*2.0*29.
 This patch should be installed before QAN*2.0*29.
  
 A new field has been added to the QUALITY ASSURANCE SITE PARAMETER file
 (#740).  The field is QAN TIME REQUIRED (#755).  This field can be set to
 "Yes" if a site wants to require that the Incident date and time be
 entered rather than just date.
  
 A change has been made to the [QAQA QAN SITE PARAMETERS] input template to
 allow QAN TIME REQUIRED to be set in the option QA Site Parameters [QAN
 SITE PARAMETERS ENTER/EDIT].
  
 Please refer to the Patch Description for patch QAN*2.0*29 for a further
 description of these two patches.
  
 This patch can be loaded with users on the system. Installation should
 take less than 2 minutes.

   1.   Load Patch
        ----------
        Use Option INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE from the Packman Menu to
        install patch.
  
   2.   DISABLE ROUTINE MAPPING   (DSM for OpenM sites only)

        There are no routines associated with this patch, so mapping is not
        required.
  
   3.   ROUTINES SENT WITH PATCH

   4.   START UP KIDS

        Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu 
        [XPD MAIN]:

  5.  Select Kernel Installation & Distribution System Option: INStallation

             Load a Distribution 
             Print Transport Global 
             Compare Transport Global to Current System 
             Verify Checksums in Transport Global 
             Install Package(s) 
             Restart Install of Package(s) 
             Unload a Distribution 
             Backup a Transport Global 
  
   6.   Select Installation Option:

        NOTE:  The following are OPTIONAL - (When prompted for the INSTALL
               NAME, enter QAQ*21.7*7):
  
        a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
            message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
            backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
        b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
            allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
            is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
            (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
        c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
            you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
            transport global.
   7.   Select Installation Option: Install Package(s) 
                                    ----------------
         (When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter QAQ*1.7*7)
        **This is the step to start the installation of this KIDS patch: 
  
        a.  Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch
            install.
        b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu 
            Options, and Protocols? YES//' answer NO.
  
        c.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of
            Order': press <return>.
