Description:
============

 1.   This patch was developed as a deliverable for IT Service
 Request #20010102 requesting enhancements to NPPD.
  
 The main objective of this software is to record items that were
 Purchased by Denver  Acquisition and Logistics Center (DALC); including
 received, issued, repaired, adjusted or credit issued by the DALC.  These
 items are recorded in the Prosthetics Patient Treatment Record, screen 4
 as a single line item per item.  A complete history will be maintained
 regarding items of issuance and cost.  These records will be extracted by 
 NPPD on a regular basis and reconciled to other national data feeds.
  
 2.      To accommodate the need to bring to the focus the Veterans that 
 are designated as Operation Enduring Freedom & Operation Iraqi Freedom 
 OEF/OIF the Purchase Order Control,NPPD GUI,Delayed Order Report,
 OWL-Orthotics Work Order and Lab and View Prosthetics Billing Information
 screens will have the following designation for these Veterans.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:

 This Patch is created with Kernel V8 KIDS.  Follow these 
 instructions:   
  
  
 1) Use Packman option 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' to load the KIDS build
    onto your system.
  
 2) On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the
    option 'Verify Checksum in Transport Global' and verify that all
    routines have the correct checksums. 
  
 3) From the 'Installation' Menu of KIDS, use the option
    'Install Package(s)'.  Select the package 'RMPR*3.0*60  and proceed
    with install. Install should take less than 5 minutes.  Prosthetics 
    users should be off the system.
  
  
 4) The routines included in this patch should be installed in the
    production UCI.  The Prosthetics options do need to be disabled
    during the installation of this patch.  Your customer support
    representative will answer any questions regarding this patch.
