Description:

 The Records Tracking Pull List report is including the C&P records when the
 Borrower does not request them. When a Borrower is reactivated, it cannot be
 edited until its reactivation date.

  1) UNY-0303-11769  C&P Records are getting requested on a regular Pull List
  
     Problem:
     ========
       UPSTATE NEW YORK HCS has several patients at their Batavia facility
       that are showing up as requiring the regular BA-MEDICAL RECORD on
       clinic pull lists, but several are also showing as requesting the
       BU-C&P Record, which is a location for Buffalo C&P Records.  The
       site checked the parameters and borrower setups and do not see any
       problem.
  
  
     Solution:
     =========
      Modified RTP3 routine that builds the Pull List report to exclude any
      records the Borrower does not have permissions for with the exception
      of the Administrative Folder. If the RECORD TYPE NEEDED is NULL all
      records requested will print.  If the RECORD TYPE NEEDED is populated
      only those records and the Administrative records will print.
  
  2) STC-0403-42187   Borrower Set Up Option
  
     Problem:
     ========
      The user is unable to edit a BORROWER in the Hospital Location file
      that has been reactivated until after the reactivation date.
      Reactivated a clinic with a future date, but was unable to edit the
      Borrower until that date.
       
     Solution:
     =========
      Modify RTSYS routine to allow edits if the locations REACTIVATE  
      DATE field is populated with a future date.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 This patch can be loaded with users on the system.  Installation
 will take less than 5 minutes.
  
   1.   Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the 
        INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
  
   2.   (DSM for Open VMS sites only) Disable routine mapping on all systems
        for the routines listed in the Routine Summary.
   
        NOTE:  If the routines included in this patch are not currently
        in your mapped routine set, please skip this step.
   
   3.   Start up the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu 
        [XPD MAIN]: 
    
             Edits and Distribution ...  
             Utilities ...  
             Installation ...  
    
     Select Kernel Installation & Distribution System Option: INStallation
                                                              ---
             Load a Distribution 
             Print Transport Global 
             Compare Transport Global to Current System 
             Verify Checksums in Transport Global 
             Install Package(s) 
             Restart Install of Package(s) 
             Unload a Distribution 
             Backup a Transport Global 
   
   4.   From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
        (When prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter RT*2.0*37):
       
        a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
            message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
            backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
        b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
            allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
            is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
            (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
        c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
            you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
            transport global.
      
   5.   Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package 
        RT*2.0*37.
    
        a.  When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
            YES//', answer NO (unless otherwise indicated).
        b.  When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
            and Protocols? YES//', answer NO.
        c.  When prompted 'Enter protocols you wish to mark as 'Out Of 
            Order':', press <return>.
  
   6.   (DSM for Open VMS sites only) Optional - Include the routines
        distributed with this patch in the mapped routine set.
        NOTE: This step is only necessary if you performed step 2 or if
        you wish to include the routines in your mapped set.
  
 Post Installation Instructions
 ==============================
  
  
 Verify that the RECORD TYPE NEEDED is defined in the borrower setup.

 If there is no record type defined, only the Administrative Folder 
 request will print. 
  
 The borrower must be an admitting area/clinic in the MAS application or
 a file room/imaging area in the Radiology application in order to define
 the record types that borrower is allowed to recieve.
