 This patch addresses a problem associated with the
 SCHEDULING/5.3 Package and NOIS ISB-0700-30733.  The problem reported is that
 The TRANSMITTED OUTPATIENT ENCOUNTER ERROR file (409.76) has incorrectly
 marked error codes 704, 903, 706, and 005 with a source of error as VISTA
 rather than NPCD.

 The site has reported that error codes 704, 903, 706, 005 have been
 incorrectly marked with the source of error being VISTA when it should have
 been NPCD.
   
   Resolution:
   -----------
 A post-init routine was created to correct the SOURCE OF ERROR in each of the
 above reported error codes.
 
 TECHNICAL:
 ==========
 
 A post-init routine was created to replace error codes 704, 903, 706,
 and 005 SOURCE OF ERROR, file TRANSMITTED OUTPATIENT ENCOUNTER ERROR CODE
 (409.76) field .02 from VISTA (V) to NPCD (N). A VA Fileman call with DIE was
 used to correct this problem. The post-init routine is SD53P359.

 Installation instructions:
 ==========================
  
  Patch SD*5.3*359 contains a routine which may affect editing 
  Classifications during the check out process. It is recommended that this 
  patch be installed during non-peak hours to minimize disruption to users.
  
  This patch can be installed with users on the system.  Installation will
  take less than 2 minutes.
  
  1. Review your mapped set.  If the routines listed in the ROUTINE SUMMARY
     section are mapped, they should be removed from the mapped set at this
     time.
  
  2. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu.
  
  3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
     the Installation menu.
  
  4. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options (when
     prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter SD*5.3*359).
  
      a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
         message of any routines exported with the patch.  It will NOT
        backup any of the other changes.
  
      b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will
         allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is
         installed.  It compares all components of the patch (routines and
         options).
  
      c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will allow
         you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
         transport global.
  
  5. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package
     SD*5.3*359.
  
  6. When prompted, 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
     YES//' answer NO.
  
  7. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
     Protocols? YES//', respond YES.
  
     When prompted to select the options you would like to place out of
     order, enter the following:
  
        SDAM APPT MGT                    Appointment Management
        SDI                              Check-in/Unsched. Visit
        PXCE ENCOUNTER DATA ENTRY        PCE Encounter Data Entry
        PXCE ENCOUNTER ENTRY & DELETE    PCE Encounter Data Entry and
                                         Delete
        DG DISPOSITION APPLICATION       Disposition an Application
  
 8. If any routines were unmapped as a part of step 1, they should be
     returned to the mapped set once the installation has run to
     completion.
  
 9. Routine SD53P359 may be deleted after succesful installation
    of this patch.
