Description:
============

 This patch corrects the following issue:
  
  In a RDPC environment, purging the HTM and COM files from the VMS
  directory after ftp file transfer was not occuring due to the disk
  naming convention used.
  
  In this routine, which controls the local FTP to a web server, after
  ftp file transfer has completed a batch process is run to delete the
  files left in the VMS directory.
  
  Due to the disk naming convention used at a RDPC site, the file deletion
  was not occurring.  This patch corrects this problem.

 safety critical elements functions.

  Installation Instructions:
   
      Notes: Users MAY remain on the system. 
             TaskMan does NOT need to be stopped or placed in a WAIT state
             and installation should take less than a minute.
   
     1.  Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu. This
         option will load the KIDS package onto your system.
   
     2.  The patch has now been loaded into a Transport Global on your
         system. You now need to use KIDS to install the Transport Global.
         On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' submenu, use the
         following options:
   
            Verify Checksums in Transport Global
            Backup a Transport Global
   
     3.  This patch can be queued and installed at any time but care 
         should be taken for the installation to occur at times between the
         local web page uploads, the uploading of national data
         and movement of data to the permanent file.
   
         You should check the time of these options and run/schedule the 
         installation so as not to conflict with them:

                  AWCM ROLL UP NATIONAL
   
     4.  Installation will take less than a minute.  On the KIDS menu,
         under the 'Installation' menu, use the following option:

     Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options,Menu Options,and Protocols? YES// NO
