Description:

 The input transform on the SIGNATURE BLOCK PRINTED NAME field (#20.2) of
 the NEW PERSON file (#200) checks that the value contains the first comma
 piece of the NAME field (#.01); that is, that the SIGNATURE BLOCK PRINTED
 NAME contains the last name of the person as stored in the NAME field.
  
 The New Person Name Standardization patch XU*8*134 standardized the names
 stored in the NAME field, so the the input transform for SIGNATURE BLOCK
 PRINTED NAME is no longer correct. For example, if
  
          NAME (#.01) = OBRIEN,MARY
  
 A SIGNATURE BLOCK PRINTED NAME of MARY O'BRIEN should be accepted, but the
 input transform is rejecting it.
  
 This patch modifies that input transform of the SIGNATURE BLOCK PRINTED
 NAME field so that it checks that the STANDARDIZED form of the SIGNATURE
 BLOCK PRINTED NAME contains the first comma piece of the NAME field.

 Installation Instructions:
 =========================
 This patch can be installed with VISTA users online. However, it is
 recommended that it be installed or queued for install during non-peak
 times.
  
 Since this patch contains no routines, mapping is not an issue.
  
   1. Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu. This
 option will load the KIDS package onto your system.
  
      NOTE: Do NOT stop TaskMan and do NOT stop Background Filers.
  
  
   2. The patch has now been loaded into a transport global on your system.
 On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the following
 options:
  
          Verify Checksums in Transport Global
          Print Transport Global
          Compare Transport Global to Current System
          Backup a Transport Global
  
   3. Under the 'Installation' menu, use the following option:
  
          Select Installation Option: Install Package(s)
          Select INSTALL NAME: XU*8.0*158
                               ==========
  
      Answer 'NO' to 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?'
      Answer 'NO' to 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
 Protocols?'
