  "Permission to distribute National ZIP+4 Address Database, in whole or in
  part, or as part of a derivative work, outside of Licensee's 
  organization, is not granted by this Agreement, and is specifically
  prohibited."

 EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Patch XU*8*386 contains 
 changes to a package referenced in VHA OI SEPG SOP 192-023 Review of 
 VISTA Patches for Effects on VISTA Blood Bank Software. This patch does 
 not alter or modify any VistA Blood Bank software design safeguards or 
 safety critical elements functions.
  
 RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch XU*8*386 have no effect on Blood 
 Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.

   Due to the amount of data being distributed with this patch, the 
 software is being distributed in a host file.

 Installation Instructions: 
 ==========================
 This patch can be installed with VISTA users online.  However, it is 
 recommended that it be Queued for a time of generally least activity.  
 The installation should take about 15 minutes.
  
 TaskMan does not need to be STOPPED or placed in a WAIT state and 
 installation should take less than 15 minutes.

 Patch Installation
 ================== 
      1. Download the KIDS file XU_8_P386.KID from one of the 
 ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE Directories onto your system. It would 
 take 10-20 minutes to install this patch.
     
      2. Use the 'LOAD A DISTRIBUTION' option on the KIDS INSTALLATION 
 menu, and enter: XU_8_P386.KID
  
      3.  The patch has now been loaded into a transport global on your 
 system. You now need to use KIDS to install the transport global.  
   
      4.  On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the 
 following options: 
             Print Transport Global 
             Compare Transport Global to Current System 
             Verify Checksums in Transport Global 
             Backup a Transport Global 
  
      5.  On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the 
 following option: 
             Select Installation Option: Install Package(s) 
             Select INSTALL NAME: XU*8.0*386

         Answer 'NO' to 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
         Answer 'NO' to 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
 and Protocols?

 Because the sequence number of this patch will not be known until it has 
 been released to the field, it will be necessary to manually edit the:
 PACKAGE(#9.4) file
   VERSION(#22) multiple

       PATCH APPLICATION HISTORY(#.01) field
 so the entry for patch 386 reflects the sequence number.  The following is
