 This patch addresses the following items:
  
  1) Changes to Person Class file (8932.1): 
 Patch adds new entries, Internal Entry Numbers (IEN) 957:131, and corrects
 Provider Type for three entries IEN 954:956.
  
  2) Changes to Add a new User to the System [XUSERNEW] option:
 Allows National Provider Identifier (NPI) field to be added when a
 new user account is created via this option.
  
  3) Changes to User Inquiry [XUSERINQ] option:
 Displays provider's NPI and Taxonomy when using this option.
  
  4) Updates DESCRIPTION and HELP-PROMPT for the NPI field (#41.99) in the
 New Person file (#200), and the NPI field (#.03) in the sub-file EFFECTIVE
 DATE/TIME (#200,042).
  
   The new DESCRIPTION and HELP-PROMPT look like:
  
     HELP-PROMPT:      Answer must be 10 digit value assigned by 
                       Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
                       (CMS).
  
     DESCRIPTION:      Each VHA Billable Practitioner should have
                       applied for the NPI through CMS' National Plan
                       and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES).  NPI
                       Confirmation Letters are sent by CMS and 
                       indicate the NPI assigned.  Practitioners may
                       present their NPI Confirmation Letter as a
                       source document to verify the accuracy of the
                       NPI or you may contact your Local NPI
                       Maintenance Team Leader for assistance.
  
 Blood Bank Team Coordination

  EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Patch XU*8*467 contains 
  changes to a package referenced in VHA OI SEPG SOP 192-023 Review of 
  VISTA Patches for Effects on VISTA Blood Bank Software. This patch does 
  not alter or modify any VistA Blood Bank software design safeguards or 
  safety critical elements functions.
   
  RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch XU*8*467 have no effect on Blood 
  Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.
   
   
  Installation Instructions
  =========================
   
  1. Users ARE allowed to be on the system during the installation. 
     However, it is recommended that the patch be installed during
     non-peak time. It will take about two minutes to install the
     patch, but you may queue the installation if you wish.
   
  2. You DO NOT need to stop TaskMan or the background filers.
   
  3. Use the 'INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE' option on the PackMan menu. This      
     option will load the KIDS package onto your system.
   
  4. The patch has now been loaded into a Transport global on your system. 
     You now need to use KIDS to install the Transport global. On the KIDS
     menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the following options:
   
                  Verify Checksums in Transport Global
                  Print Transport Global
                  Compare Transport Global to Current System
                  Backup a Transport Global
   
     On the KIDS menu, under the 'Installation' menu, use the following
     option:
