Data stored in the PREGNANCY STATUSES and LACTATION STATUSES multiple
DOCUMENT ACTION EVENT protocol) populates this file with data. The Edit
Pregnancy/Lactation Status Data [WV EDIT PREG/LAC STATUS DATA] option
consumes data in this file.
fields in the WV PATIENT file are associated with an entry in the VISIT
file and an entry in the TIU DOCUMENT file. Since a user can reassign and
retract documents, the data associated with reassigned or retracted
documents may no longer be valid for the patient, thus prompting a review
of the patient's chart. This file stores data that will assist case
managers and/or maternity care coordinators in that review.
