FIXDATE^TIUSRVLO changes the array data in the TIUY
parameter. It relies on the "INDX" index and data structure created by such
APIs as CONTEXT^TIUSRVLO and GETCSLT^ORQQCN1 to already exist in the array
named by the TIUY parameter. The PARENT parameter is piece 14 of the child
note, and the CDATE is the date of the child document. If the parent document
exists, and the child date is more recent than the parent documents date, it
moves the parent documents date stored in piece 3 to piece 17, and stores the
child's date in piece 3. It then recursively calls FIXDATE again on the
parent of the parent, to propogate the most recent child date to the top of
the tree structure.
